This brochure was crafted as part of my Developmental Psychology coursework. Its purpose is to highlight the significance of play in child development, with a particular focus on Jean Piaget's cognitive development theory.

Within this brochure, I delve into the multifaceted importance of play in fostering cognitive growth and developmental milestones. By incorporating insights from Jean Piaget's cognitive development theory, I aim to provide a comprehensive understanding of the role of play in shaping children's learning and understanding of the world around them.

Core Competencies Demonstrated

Through this project, I demonstrate proficiency in Facilitating Growth and Development by explaining the vital role of play in nurturing cognitive abilities. Additionally, I showcase skills in Advocacy by advocating for the recognition of play as a fundamental aspect of childhood development. Lastly, I exhibit Problem Solving & Decision Making skills by synthesizing complex theories and presenting them in a clear and accessible manner within the brochure.
